  • There is a 30-day hold period on commissions to account for cancellations or chargebacks.

3. Promotion Guidelines

  • Affiliates may promote their link via social media, email, blogs, or other online platforms.
  • Affiliates are prohibited from using spam, false advertising, or misleading claims about NMS.
  • Paid advertising on search engines or social media using the NMS brand name or trademarks without prior approval is not allowed.

4. Payment Terms

  • Commissions are paid via PayPal or direct deposit on a monthly basis.
  • Affiliates must reach a minimum payout threshold of $100 to receive a payment.
  • Affiliates are responsible for providing accurate payment information.

5. Account Termination

  • NMS reserves the right to terminate affiliate accounts for violations of the rules, including fraud, misuse of promotional materials, or unethical marketing practices.
  • Affiliates with terminated accounts forfeit all pending commissions.

6. Program Modifications

  • NMS reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the affiliate program at any time. Affiliates will be notified of any significant changes.

7. Disputes

  • Any disputes regarding affiliate commissions must be submitted in writing within 30 days of the payment date.
