Rules for the NMS Referral Program

To ensure a fair and successful referral process, please review and adhere to the following rules:

1. Eligibility

Referrers must be current or past users of the NMS system. Referrals must be new customers who have not previously signed up for or used NMS services.

2. Referral Submission

All referrals must be submitted using the official Referral Submission Form provided by NMS. Incomplete or inaccurate forms will not be processed. Referrals must include the correct contact information of the referred person.

3. Reward Structure

Referrers will receive 50% of the first month’s payment made by their referral. Payments will be processed within 30 days after the referred individual’s first payment is received.

4. Referral Qualification

The referred person must sign up for NMS services and make their first payment in full. Cancellations, refunds, or chargebacks on the referral’s first payment will void the reward.

5. Limitations

You may refer an unlimited number of people; however, each referral must be unique and meet the eligibility requirements. Self-referrals or duplicate referrals will not be counted.

6. Fraud Prevention

NMS reserves the right to investigate any suspected fraudulent activity related to the referral program. Referrers found to be engaging in dishonest practices will be disqualified from the program and forfeit any pending rewards.

7. Program Changes

NMS reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the referral program at any time without prior notice.

8. Disputes

Any disputes regarding referral rewards must be submitted in writing to NMS customer support within 30 days of the reward notification.
